FACTS SIS gives you, as a busy parent, an opportunity to get more involved in your child’s academic progress and future success – all via the Internet!
FACTS SIS Parent Portal is a private and secure website that has been set up for our school to allow you to see information specific to your child. You can view your child’s grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary.
RETURNING PARENTS
We need vital information from you for your child’s safety and before your child may participate in any extra-curricular activities or off-campus events. Please update your student’s medical and emergency contact information by logging into RenWeb and clicking: School Information, then Web Forms, then Family Demographic Form, then Student Medical Form for each of your children. Please make sure all information on this page is current and correct.
NEW PARENTS
How to access FACTS SIS Parent Portal:
- Click Here to access the Parent Portal.
- If you have never logged in before, click the Create New Parent Portal Account link at the bottom of Parent Portal page.
- Enter VCAH-TX for the district code.
- Enter your e-mail address, which must be the same e-mail address that you have provided to the school.
- Click the Create Account button. You will receive an e-mail containing your temporary login password within 3 minutes.
Repeat the login with the email you registered and the password provided in your email.
After logging into Parent Portal, please provide us with current emergency contact and medical information by following the information from RETURNING PARENTS above. Please fill out this information completely, for the safety of your child on campus, and while participating in off-campus school events.

- School Information includes a family directory, calendar, class information and web forms used to edit or enter your information
- Student Information includes student grades, homework assignments, and schedules
- Family Information includes family contact information, emergency contact information and community service hours
