The Long Range Planning Committee headed by the Head of School was formed in January 2004 and given the following charge from the Board of Trustees:

"Focusing on the Southwest Central area of Houston, produce a detailed year-by-year plan of action and implementation for the next 10 years. This plan is to address future needs in the areas of facilities, resources and funding to accommodate a variety of potential student enrollment growth scenarios."

The Long Range Planning Committee consists of the following subgroups working with the Head of School:

• Education
• Financial/Capital Campaign
• Facility and Grounds
